The original buildings date from the 12th century, but the site was not licensed as an inn until the 16th century.

Camping and caravan site
We have a great site suitable for tents and caravans at the rear of the pub, located in a large field with adjoining pretty countryside.
Pitches are priced at £10 (without power) or £15 (with power) per night. Five electrical hook ups are now available on the site.
